OK, so after reading a few posts where people mention that they had burning due to the Miralax, I suddenly realized that maybe my much-beloved Miralax was doing the same to me. Maybe the burning was not just from the fissure -- well -- is it possible that one day off of Miralax could make a difference? I am going to have to figure out what else to use, because I did not have that all-day burning sensation today for the first time in I don't know how long. I really can't believe that was it -- but it is sure worth a try.
So instead, I am trying 500 mg of magnesium and Vitafusion gummy fibers -- has anyone used these? My GP loves them so I thought I'd give them a try. Otherwise, I think Benefiber -- is that the one that is completely soluable? I don't like Citrucel and I am definitely not looking for bulk.
