Hi teacherel,
having a gallbladder removed can cause changes in bowel movements and so theoretically could make getting a fissure more likely. More frequent bowel movements and bile acid diarrhea are common complaints following gallbladder surgery. With the irritating acids in the stool making their way through the anus it is conceivable that this could make the skin more vulnerable to fissures.
I've been getting fissures for years, but nothing like what has happened to me in the last year with multiple deep chronic fissures. I too have had my gallbladder out. My bowel was bad before the surgery with a lot of dysfunction, but gallbladder surgery absolutely ruined me for any kind of normalcy with my intestinal function. I didn't have gallstones, but my gallbladder had stopped working so that's why it was removed.
