read most of it ,does not recomend sitz baths ,why

Reference is made to quality research and the lack of it when it comes to Sitz baths, so I suppose that is why the NHS states it as they do. Personally, I don't think a Sitz bath can actually heal a fissure, but the relief it has provided for so many on here is what is important. Will definitely continue to recommend it, as do an overwhelming number of CRSs.
