I had a stage 4 thrombossed hemmorhoid and had to have emergency surgery ( this thing was like a baby alien or a purple sausage link ) so painful but glad its gone now. This had to be the worst pain I've had in my life & I have gave birth to two children. So since before my surgery I had this anal fissure as well but when I was under my surgeon did not touch my fissure. But my question is, do any of you know how long after hemmorhoid surgery are you in the clear from getting anal stenosis? Or can I get anal stenosis from a stupid anal fissure. My stool just seems way to freakin small right now and i am getting s c a r e d .. thank you
