hi guys last 2 days have been better in pain and the burning,
but today had my best bm in 10 days sice my botox and polyp removal ,have bean introducing fybogel last 2 days and less movicol ,but this afternoon i have loads of wind ,which has caused lots of presure and burning pains again ,and feels sore again,
so i think i may have started this change to early

Richibeno, Doesn't it suck when we finally start to feel a little better and we venture into trying to be normal and it backfires? I hope it was just a temporary thing for you, maybe your body is just adjusting...otherwise I would go back to what works. Good luck!

Possible side effects of Fybogel
Most medicines can cause some side-effects but not everyone taking the same medicine will get the same side-effects.
