Hi,
I've just posted a long message in the General Discussion area. It touches on surgery a fair bit, and I'm not sure if people in this area will see it so i'm linking to it below. Apologies if you're seeing this twice or there was a way to post in both areas, but I'm pretty desperate and looking for all the help I can get.
