Is it alright to use Nitro (Rectiv. In my case) and Lidocane in the same day? Spacing apart of course...
Might be silly question but had to ask!

Can't see why not. Nitro dilated the blood vessels, lidocaine relieves pain. Thought that Rectiv contained lidocaine, but not sure.
