anything that has wheat or grains or caramel for color in ingredients. you should google it. google something like "how to go gluten free".
oatmeal and bran flakes cereal and beer have gluten...
my sister stopped getting eczema after she went gluten free three years ago.

DON'T eat anything with wheat, caramel color, barley, rye, or oats in it. No beer or vodka

I'm trying my hardest to stay on all liquids or liquid-type food. Lots of Soy Milk, yogurt and smoothies. I'm surprised how quickly I've grown to actually like it. I miss Frank's hot sauce and pad thai and roti slathered in scotch pepper sauce but alas, I prefer not to be in the ICU.
I thin it is actually helping me heal faster. The drawback is it doesn't get the plumbing moving very much so when you do eat any solids they tend to stay in place and build up, get dry then come out like granite and tear you anew, even with softeners. I'm taking the plunge into prune juice today. Pray for me.

you can get grains through eating Quinoa - gluten free and just might be the healthiest food on earth - google it. Make salads out if it, put it in soups, eat it like porridge.
