after my walk today my butt is really itchy. i havent had surgery yet. does the itching mean the fissure is trying to heal? or is it just itch because i walked 2 miles?

It could be a combination of healing and irritation from sweat and friction while walking. Fingers crossed that it is from healing!!

if it is a heal itch are you meant to not scratch it at all? As my itch is honestly totally impossible not to scratch.. I would end up just rolling around the floor lifting my legs up and down and crying all day every day..
