So I go to work and by 9am I have a migraine so bad I want to put my head under the wheels of a semi. I've been analgesic-free since this AF started as I am terrified of getting bunged up.
Well today I broke down and had to take some, the pain was just so horrific. 222s, lotsa codiene
Now I get to see what this does to me. I've already drank 4L of water today and broke down and bought prune juice to try and keep the plumbing wet and moving.
Cross your fingers for me.
On a good note my headache went away lol

Yaaaay the headaches better!!! Hopefully the water and prune juice helps and things keep flowing for you. 4 liters of water is quite a bit I'd try not to go over that there is the possibility of drinking too much and making yourself sick! Best of luck!!

I have pain on both ends, too. It sucks AND blows.
At least I don't take pharma remedies for my migraines, so I don't have to contend with the constipation.

I get the headaches, the body aches, the stress, the tension......I would give a billion dollars just to go back to Dec. when life was grand....I never thought in a zillion years, I would start the new year agonizing over my poop.
