You can try the health food stores, I get mine on E-bay and Amazon.com because they are very inexpensive for a 24 pack, I keep a nice supply at home as I use them daily, with no side effects.
I imagine that E-bay Uk may have them also.
Watch out with extra fiber something it will make our stool ticker and harder for the fissure.
Establish a routine and never skip a step before and After a BM, make sure you take you coconut oil two spoonfuls before bed for a better morning BM.
Sticking to a routine is what has helped me get better.

Thanks Marg, I am on stool softener, macrogol. I will take the coconut oil too. I will have a look on eBay fir the suppositries. Will let you know how I get on. XxR
