I have a question to MoM users. I know it keeps stool soft but does it also make you go? I wanna keep my stool soft, but I don't wanna go everyday. I'm aiming for every other day. Please don't ask why, it's a long story :) You guessed, long sleepless nights, etc. I'm trying to get a life basically, check out my diary.
I am mostly vegetarian right now, so I'm also afraid of going overboard.
