I've been taking 400mg of Colace per day (spaced out every six hours 100mg per dose). I have been taking this amount for a month now, and have developed a slight throbbing type headache over my right temple. It occurs about every five minutes or so. Anyone else experience this??? I've done a bit of research on Colace side effects and found one study that shows headaches after a month of usage but only in ten percent of the sample. And mostly on older folks. I'm 68.
