Hi everyone. I felt like I was making some gradual progress now that's its been 11 weeks since my 100 units of botox. Then this morning I felt very tight while going and I though uh oh must be a large bm but nope. Even with a very small bm and then more sore agin afterward than I have been in a month. Honestly I see others posts about lis and just wish I had pushed for that instead. Anyway to help this ladies? I am sill taking magnesium daily and use diltiazam in am and pm. Thanks everyone. It encourages me to see so many healed by botox or lis and I hope that it can be me too one day.

I don't know weather we get tighter, but I always feel soooo sore the week before my period. It must be something to do with all the fluid retention.??
Either way..... It always feels like a mini set back for a week!
