Not a good evening, a late evening half-hard-half-soft poo has left me in miserable burning "can't sleep pain" despite my reg changes,pain killers not working either fuk! Sorry pain extreme tonight worst in 2 weeks. Usually can sleep,burning "bad" this late Wed/Thursday morning (Halloween Curse)

Sorry you're having such a bad night canadahell. Try to relax as much as possible..... Deep breathing..... Try thinking of something else... Something nice.... Somewhere you have been, and walk it through in your mind. I find this can be very useful to take my mind off the pain.
Hope you get some sleep
