:unicorn: Good luck Igrik! :heartthrow: Just this final step and you will get the chance to heal completely.
Disabling burning, drilling pain in anal area for almost a year, started after UT infection. Small anal fissure diagnosed, turned out it is probably not the cause of pain, MRI shows no inflammation or fistula. Grateful to forum members for support.

Thank you for support. Well I finally arrived and already managed to explore path to clinic. Bought some salads with salmon and youghurts. Also will drink some tea with candy and that will be final meal for today. I have early 6:30 am admission tomorrow, and not allowed to eat drink anything since morning. The most frigheting part for me is enema tomorrow and way back to another hotel close to Stansted airport, as I will be damaged in my butt hehe :)

Now i am about to kill meal and find closest Argos to buy some present for my daugther for xmas and new year. I will post as soon I am in hotel tomorrow after procedure

Thinking of you, Igrik!
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

Igrik do not be afraid of enema. If the enema aplicator is well lubricated and inserted it carefully (about2 cm up in b..) it must not be painful. And water coming in rectum softens the poop. I must admit that it might be uncomfortable if you are very very sore (like I am now), but again it is no big deal, I speak from my experience. So no fear of enema.
