Hi all,
My fissures have been, from what I can tell anterior mostly. I've had pain occasionally on the left or right, but put t down to an anterior fissure that I'm just feeling off to the side. This morning I had a drier BM than usual and there was blood on the TP. All day I've had pain on th left. Tonight when applying the nitroglycerin cream I felt distinct sharp pain on the left.
Anyway, nasty old google has me horribly concerned about the cause of my non-midline fissures. Has anyone else got experience with these?

mines at about 8 o clock position, i too have to be careful when applying the nitro. i can feel very tender bumps at 3 and 9 o clock, i have to be very gentle.
