I have several BMs each day and sometimes they can take a while to come on. Do any of you have pain from the pressure build up back there? It sucks! Makes it even harder to go.

I have similar pains, and my days can be both painful and uncomfortable.

I do use a Sitz Bath, bought at Rite Aid, which has been a godsend for me. I also don't eat too much as I know what hell I can go through the next day. I poop sometimes five times a day, sometimes the last time being when I want to be in bed asleep. That is truly one of the big pains in my arse!!!!! I have had this since 2011, so it is a case of trying to accept it. My only truly pain free time is at night when I have 0.75 of Lorazapam and can sleep, usually til about 4am.

Sounds a lot like me these days. The botox has made me poop at all hours and I often wake up early and can't go back to sleep after due to the spasms and further urges to go. I also am in the bathtub on and off all day. Wish I could accept this hell but I cannot. Did you have surgery for your fissure?
