Can you use diltiazem or similar when you're breastfeeding?

Bum_UK how are you? Are you having your surgery today? And yes I use rectogesic but it starts to make my skin sensitive after 2 weeks of using it an I need the muscle to relax for a year not just two weeks. Hope all is well look forward to hearing from you.

I had my surgery earlier today. I'm back home and I feel fine. Well, my bum feels a bit weird but it doesn't hurt yet. I had Botox, sentinel pile removal and a minimal fissurectomy. I intend to start a diary in the anal fissure section later. How are you?

Hey, doing really well thank you, think its been around 8 weeks now, recovery was a lot better than I expected, incision site healed up nicely and finally after 3 years nearly my fissure is healing! im hoping by the time I see my consultant in july I will be healed fingers crossed! I still get a little bit sore mainly on the incision site if my ibs plays up, I also have an annoying hem that likes to pop up but overall im glad I had it done, how are you doing?
