How do you use it how much how often? Isn't it 3 times a day? My doctor doesn't know

They say 3 times a day but i was told to put a little on before going to the toilet to relax it then after to keep it relaxed. I then would put a bit on after lunch and again early evening, I use to put coconut oil on before bed actually I still do! But if I was uncomfortable I would put the cream on instead. Depends where your fissure is but i would try put a little up there and all around. I used the cream on and off for 2 years it did help especially if I would have a re-tear but long term it was never gonna heal mine

It should not cause a hem at all! Not sure with breast feeding maybe just check with your doctor? I would only use a little depending on how much pain your in, you sure it's not a skin tag o have one caused by my fissure

Hey it's not a skin tag I unfortunately have one of those under my skin tag at the end of the fissure this swollen bit is on the side I'll keep an eye on it it could just be nothing I'll get it checked if it's not gone in a day or two. I've read online to use 2cm of diltiazem then on here I've read a pea sized amount do you know how much? Thanks heaps
