Healed On On No Surgery

Postby Canadahell1 » 12 Oct 2014, 13:40

Yes... I did it on my own, no surgery came close. Here is my 'secret': hot baths every day with baking soda, heaping teaspoon of Metamucil once a day 1/2 water 1/2.Cranberry Juice. Still do this every day even after healing. Avoid Flax Seeds but still use 7 and 12 Grain breads. Every morning mix fiber cereal with Oatmeal and a banana. Stick to this and it should help!!! I was in terrible pain for 12 mths straight and it finally let up with this daily routine. Told my doctor, no surgery, so happy!! October 12 2014. Good Luck!! :thankyou:

Hi Canadahell, I'm so happy to hear from you. I have been thinking of you and wondering how you were doing. It's great news that you are healed - that is AWESOME. Congratulations!

 :stars:
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

yes, still no pain and am maintaining soft stools with my new regular diet. Avoid cheese, well not too much cheese! Still have 1/2 bottle of unused Nifodpine cream in my drawer...just in case. Drink plenty of water too even now when the weather is cooling down here in the Great White North. Cheers!!
