Hi all,

Ok so I've reached a point where I still get some tugging pain on walking/standing but on digital insertion of my creams (honey at present!) it doesn't really hurt at all to do just more of a pinch.

at 6oclock (on the same side as the spine would be) I still have my big sentinel pile. when I put the cream in and go to the 6 oclock position I can feel almost a roughness - like a scab that's not smooth with the rest of the smooth tissue. Could this be my healing AF? if so since there's no pain as such when I push on it internally and get minimal pain on pooping what stage of healing am I at? is this a good sign???

I don't actually know as I haven't healed but it sounds like a very good sign - i mean just minimal pain with BM has to mean you are healing eventually! Good luck!!
