My fissure has become horizontal (I don't think it used to be) but it is now wider than it is long. Hubby says it is about 2mm wide and 1mm tall. I find this very strange and wonder if it is going to impact my healing. It got this way after my muscles became very uncooperative during BMs and they come out very narrow. Now it is bleeding like crazy too. Rarely used to bleed as well
