reoccurring fissures

Hi new to this forum lots of info here thank you in advance I had a large fissure 4 months ago it finally healed but nowevery 7 to 10 days I get really little ones Why would I keep getting them

Welcome to the forum Tman, could be due to a tight resting anal pressure! I would advise getting a pressure test done to get to the bottom of things

Suffering since June 2013

Methods tried:
GTN cream - migraines!
Manuka Honey / Coconut oil / Aloe
tag excision X 2, botox x 3
Dilatiazem
dilatation 2 X daily + Retin-C Vitamin Scar Treatment Oil 2 X daily - best thing ever.
Now pain free 2/7/21

How would I go a out doing this does a doctor have to perform this test
