Just do it. It is much better to know what you are dealing with. Yes, the exam is not pleasant but it's really not that bad either. And you are talking to someone who had 2 botox shots in the a$$ in the office while awake. Just breath, relax and take a valium before if you can :) And be sure that you talk to the doctor ahead of time and feel comfortable. (i mean as comfortable as one can be when someone is poking around down there) Be sure to tell the pain you are in and to be gently, but I'm sure the doctor will be. You can do it!
