Hey guys -

I'm meeting with Feingold on Wednesday morning but i just did a self check and to my surprise...i didn't see my fissure anymore.

HOWEVER -

I am still in spasm after bowel movement! Has anyone ever heard of this? If Feingold says the fissure is healed but i'm still spasming, i'm assuming there's another issue that i'll need to take care of...hopefully not a serious one.

Hi Johnny. Glad to hear you think your fissure is healed! I have heard of this happening though, and it did happen to me after a hemmorrhoidectomy many years ago . Sometimes it takes the muscles a while after healing to stop reflexively spasming. You could try the fissure ointments?
