Anal Fissure

Postby Ow1984 » 15 Mar 2019, 11:24

Had a bad night with my fissure, but was wondering would a CRS be able to see the difference between anal cancer and a fissure? Had the fissure diagnosed by flexible sigmoidoscopy.

Hey Ow, why would you think about anal cancer? You need to be positive here and not consider such grim thoughts.
What happened last night?

Went out drinking again. And ended up bleeding again. Seems to be quite a bit so much so that it actually went through my boxers and trousers. Also have this feeling of a grape within my anus that wants to pop back up. My CRS said before xmas he didn't see any hemmeroids either by feel or camera. had this feeling before I seen the crs but it's becoming more common. Heads in a spin

I like to think your CRS would know whether to order a biopsy. But no harm in a second opinion, if that's an option, and if it would set your mind at ease a bit.
