Usually I eat 3 large meals, once at breakfast, lunch and dinner but felt hungry all day doing this. Today I've so far eaten 4 smaller meals spread out
Breakfast-half a bran muffin, oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries
Snack- half an apple with peanut butter, a mango and two oatmeal coco cookies (homemade)
Lunch- 1cup quinoa w/olive oil, 1cup veggies (broccoli,squash,mushroom) and a cup of nuts(cashews,pecans, Brazil nuts) I chew them very finely. Oh and a mandarin
Snack-half cup of dairy free coconut almond ice cream with a few dark chocolate covered almonds.
For dinner ill be having a sweet baked potatoes cooked with a little sea salt, olive oil and avocado.
I also drink around 4-5 liters of water a day, I'm breast feeding.
Do these food choices sound ok to you guys? I've been eating a lot of whole wheat bread and chicken lately(pretty much everyday) so I thought I'd cut those out every few days.
