Every night I take the recommended dosage of mirilax and it's always smooth going the next day. Well today I had a prebiotic shake and got diarreah (sorry tmi) would you still take mirilax before bed? I don't want diarreah tomorrow but I so don't want a hard BM ... I ate a pretty regular diet today too

This happens me the odd time too. I take movicol think its same as mirilax. I still take my dose at bedtime for fear of hard BM but more times I don't have a BM next day as I've been so much day before. Hope this helps 😊
