It's hard to explain, actually Buttastic told us a while back and my Gastro doctor discussed it with me.
Well let's start here, MY Doctor, as best as I can explain her technique..told me to (as the BM reach's or crowns my rectum, to ever so gently, release, like a reverse kegal (that women do, to tighten ,down there)by pressing my cheek's together as I gently let go, I wouldn't call it pushing, it's once agian like a reverse kegal, this intern prevents the rectum from opening up to wide and spasm,(my doctor told my you will know it worked by the BM being flatter formed and longer) so as not to get the broken glass effect..I still mite get some soreness, or slight spasm, but not intense..untill that setback last week..but I think I'm back on track..Check out Buttastic's approach as well.
I'm glad for you..way to go Jhh, I'm using Restoralax (Canadian movical and mIralax) about twice a week, when I need it, in the morning.
When Do you use the Lactulose?
Take care all..:)
