Its definately not good to worry about it-I find that mine bleeds as soon as I get stressed.
I'm sure you've got nothing to worry about and it should heal up fine-statistics are on your side!
The things to look out for are-more pain than usual, feeling like you've got flu, you know that tired achy feeling?
Watch out for any pus ,
or white streaks on skin tag(if you have one)
These are just precautions, try not to worry too much, I'm sure you'll be fine!

I had the same thing happen as Val. I found there is a difference between the stinging soreness of a fresh wound and the deep soreness of an infection. the difference between the two feels the same in the rear as anywhere on the body, so i could tell there was an infection even when the drs wouldn't beliee me.
