1 year anniversary of LIS

Well, my username was ryrylou, but I couldn't get it to login so I created a new one. I officially passed my 1 year anniversary of my LIS, and I'm still doing great. I haven't had any pain since before my surgery a year ago. I keep my fluids up and take my citrucel pills twice a day and that generally keeps my BM's nice and soft. :)

Disabling burning, drilling pain in anal area for almost a year, started after UT infection. Small anal fissure diagnosed, turned out it is probably not the cause of pain, MRI shows no inflammation or fistula. Grateful to forum members for support.

Hi Ryrylou. Do you mind sharing your gender and approximate age? I am looking at LIS as a younger woman, and I am curious to hear the experience of others in a similar boat. Thanks!
Feb. 2013 - Developed AF
July 2013 - Diagnosed AF;nifidepine lidocaine treatment
Oct. 2013 - 1st round of Botox & skin tag removal
Dec. 2013 - 2nd Botox
March 2014 - Spinchterotomy
June 2015 - Diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Vulvodynia
