10 days to go....

Postby ren0318 » 14 Aug 2011, 11:03

Hope everyone is having a pain free Sunday. I've felt great since about Tuesday or Wednesday, no spasms, no tears....figures I get this close to the surgery again and I feel great! Well we all know what a difference a week can make, so I'm sure it will happen again before the surgery, and if not great! I'll just get the scar tissue cleaned up and relax that darn muscle. I would guess if there is not fissure at the time of surgery perhaps the healing time will be shorter? Of course if the Dr removes the scar tissue I guess that might hurt....
Anyway, all pre-op testing is done, nothing to do now but wait.
Have a great day,
Ren

Glad things are improving for you.
The nature of the fissure is very up and down. You think it's healed and it just sneaks up again! I'm sure the surgery will help.
That's good that all the pre-op is out of the way. Now you can look forward to healing!

Hey Ren! Yep, fissures are sneaky b*st*rds. They hide when doctors look for them! It's great that you're on count down now. Soon you will be healing instead of just coping with pain. :D
