13 weeks not healed

Postby sandrasmiles7 » 17 Jan 2017, 22:10

I had my sugery 10/27 for LIS and skin tag removal. My fissure had healed but the surgery site incision produce more blood than the fissure ever did. I have done soft stools, baths, heat, and diazepam cream. The doctor said sometimes this takes 6 months to heal but I don't see how all the sudden I'm going to heal. She said maybe she can fix it up whatever that means. But I don't want to pay another 2000 dollars just to be in the same situation. This thing has ruined my life.

Hi Sandra, Sorry to hear things haven't gone so well. Have you had any improvement in your pain levels? If your fissure has healed I guess that is a good sign, and should mean that enough blood was able to circulate, so logically this would mean the incision should heal too. Hope things improve for you.
