2 month post fistulotomy

hi everyone , im 2 month post fistula laid open , everything are going fine in this 2 month . until today . i feel a very little pain and i thought it was just healing . nothing special . but after a sitz bath , i spot a black dot on the flat healing pink tissue !!

its painful when i press it ... it just feel the same as new grown abscess ! any chance of it its not an abscess ?? or its really another abscess coming on the same spot ? im so sad now because a new abscess when i thought im fistula free soon !
do i have to start over again ? do i have to do another operation ? can i deal it with just antibiotic ? this is my first time fistulotomy , please give me some advice . i dont know what to do now . im lost . i hope the black dot is not an abscess , but i know this chance is extremly low =(

Hi
I had fistulotomy two months back. The wound has closed completely but the area is still red and I can feel a hard cord like something. Is this scar forming process going on which takes some months to complete. Has anyone felt like this.
