I really can't recommend Dr Brett Hubbard and Dr Steven Gardener at the SE Sandy Blvd Hemorrhoid Clinic in Portland Oregon enough! They treat out of town patients from all over the world and were incredibly helpful for me.

I have had a ton of trouble looking for colorectal doctors in the Philippines!! It took me ages and a lot of despair before I finally found them. My colorectal surgeon was Dr. Carlo Cajucom, but he is part of a clinic of 5 different CRSs. For Filipinos who are having the same problem as I am, please look up "Colorectal Specialists Clinic", they are located in The Medical City in the Ortigas area but they also have a location in Makati. :)

My CRS in Cardiff, Wales. Was fantastic. Both private and a NHS doctor. I was referred by my GP, sat on the waiting list for 3 months and finally got to a horrible stage where I considered not eating. This is when my mum approached the secretary and tried to get a private appointment with him (this would've cost Ј200) but luckily he offered to see me the next day before his other NHS patients so I snuck in basically.
Me was lovely, really kind and sympathetic. Put me in for surgery 2 weeks later. Although I didn't get much information from him or his CRS nurses with regards to after care (sitz, fibre, water) he was still a pleasure to deal with.
His name is Dr J. Torkington.
I'm currently compiling a document with my mum to pass on to him when I next see him with all the information that's helped me through this. I'm hoping this will be used for his future patients with a link to this forum.

My miracle CRS was Dr. Topley at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan. He has a great reputation of taking care of his patients and he's very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease with my decision to have surgery. I highly recommend him!
