Do any of you have both? How do you deal with wanting to increase blood flow to AF, while trying to shrink hemorrhoids by decreasing blood flow? Every other time I take a sitz bath, the hemmies swell up. I want to use prep H to shrink them, but I heard that's bad for the fissure.

I have both, and after a proctogram requiring me to drink barium... Which came out like a brick for a few days I was bleeding quite heavily. Last week I decided that I had to tackle at least one symptom so bought some anusol and started to use it twice a day.....my bleeding stopped after a couple of days. I know it's not going to do anything to help my fissure but nothing else I do does either!!!
