As these are from a US firm, I suggest asking your doctor or ordering them from the US. If I recall, you're in the UK.

hello! i found them previously on that link, but cannot make head nor tail of how to actually order them . i see a 'data sheet', which asks for doctor ? i see where to write exactly what size you want and quantity, but then what? its not exactly an 'add to basket' job.
