Sorry that you are dealing with a painful fissure right now. Don't lose hope! You can heal without this becoming chronic.
I would suggest that you find a colorectal specialist who can prescribe an ointment for healing like nifedipine or nitroglycerin. You're already doing the right thing by using miralax, perhaps you could add in a warm sitz bath as well. It could help to do this before a BM or after, whichever helps more with the pain. Avoid wiping with dry toilet paper, and instead clean up in the shower or pat dry with wet paper or use a portable bidet. If you can handle it, try massaging the area internally gently. There was a paper published where they found that massage was a big help in healing acute fissures. I don't have the link at the moment though.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
