My AF is at the 12 o clock position. I also have an old epsiotomy scar from child birth and seem to be having pain in that area. I also have what I always thought was an external hemmi in that same area, but now it feels as though there is a tiny, but hard knot in that piece of skin. Was just wondering if anyone else has had this type of discomfort with an old scar in that area? I feel like I will never feel normal again. I have been using nifedipine, lidocaine, and hydrocortisone suppositories with not much relief.

Hi, the hydrocortisone can thin the skin. Usually not recommended for long term use on sensitive tissues like your face or bum. Check with your doc, but probably should stop the steroid and stick with the nifed & lidocaine.
