cheerios with banana or mandarin oranges, even though cheerios are not high in fiber as other cereals are. And i always eat prunes throughout the day.

this morning i had four whole grain waffles and two sunny side eggs with refried beans and some shredded mozarella and i made two little waffle sandwiches.
i loved it.....mmmmmmmmmmmm.......
other that i have been having life cinnamon cereal and vive! digestive probiotic cereal with soy/rice milk.
sometimes i opt for a blueberry muffin at work....or two......

Porridge oats ...thats my tip Image made with water and a little milk to top it :)
Recently i found a new brand that has wheatbran included
This seems to been great for adding a little bulk but not too much bulk...HELPFUL :) Image
