Other than cereal, what does everyone eat for breakfast?

eggs with two pieces of arnolds high fiber bread, light wheat english muffins that have 8 grams of fiber per serving with smart balance butter or peanut butter, fruit and yogurt, and the occasional bacon egg and cheese, very very bad but sooo good!

I always have oatmeal LOL, but not because of butt, I just am so used to it (with about 100 variations of the original ) that I miss it if I do not have it ; ). Even if I decide to join my hubby for a "regular" breakfast I always have an oatmeal first LOL !!! BTW, I had a LIS and my fissure is healed so it is different now that I can be more liberal with everything. Before the LIS I had nothing but cereals, cooked veggies and fruits , some cooked meats in tiny amounts , chicken soup etc. I basically had more Metamucil, mineral oil, MOM, and dried prunes than real food ounce for ounce , ha ha ha...
Oh, am I glad I had a "butt makeover" !!!

I have an apple and a cup of coffee. If I run out of apples, I'll eat a bowl of Total with my coffee.

Fissulyna had a good point...I guess I should ask what everyone has for breakfast during the process of healing their fissure.

I have a bowl of raisin nut bran or quaker oatmeal squares. I also sometimes have a thomas' light english muffin (8 grams of fiber) or I have whole grain waffles (3 grams) and mix some fiber supplement into a cup of tea or juice. I also mix it into oatmeal.

Banana chopped in porridge. Occasionally wholemeal toast, but bread doesn't agree with my stomach.
This morning I made wholemeal pancakes, they were better than I thought! :)
