Cause for alarm? On and off blood in stool

My fissure is healed but I'm now dealing with internal hems and external ones too, or are these tags?
I sometimes see bright red blood (about a drop) in the stool and/ or on the wipe is from the internal hem. Is someone here experiencing the same? How to stop the blood?
