My question is does it matter if its warm or cold water? Or will it make no difference?

My advice would be to drink water in a way that is most palatable to you. You need to drink lots and consistently, so make sure you enjoy it. Whether it is cold, warm, served with a slice of lemon doesn’t matter as long as you are getting it into your body.
