cold or warm water?

Postby bottice » 17 Jul 2018, 03:07

I read that we should drink plenty of water if we have AF.

My question is does it matter if its warm or cold water? Or will it make no difference?

My advice would be to drink water in a way that is most palatable to you. You need to drink lots and consistently, so make sure you enjoy it. Whether it is cold, warm, served with a slice of lemon doesn’t matter as long as you are getting it into your body.
