Confused and Tired

Postby mit0503 » 14 Jul 2018, 23:20

Hi, I'm suffering from fissure since August 2017.. First 3 months were miserable then daily Milk of Magnesia made stool soft and a short recovery began.
Had set-backs quite a few times, finally i turned to Ayurveda and found things going well. Felt 90% healed with mild discomfort occasionally and 2-3 setbacks. Had a bad setback last month with acute pain and bleeding for 2 days.. again could get it in control within 2 days with painkillers and MoM.
Now my diet is
Morning :-
Milk and any snack (not fried)
Lunch :-
Indian bread, vegetables (no chillies), rice and a lentil curry(no spices and chillies)
Snack :-
Semolina or a bowl of cooked vegetables
Night :-
Indian bread and Vegetables

My main problem is I can't maintain soft stools without MoM, i don't wish to continue it as it has long term side effects.
My college will start soon and i need to get this sorted. I'm only 22 i don't wish to get operated at this age.
Please help

Have you tried triphala. My researched indicates that it should be a safe long term stool softener.
