Consipation

Postby Doug » 12 Mar 2019, 08:50

I have three anal fissures. i have been using rectogesic for a while and its been helping but unfortunately where i have been constipated i forget myself and tend to push :groan:

My question is do you think Movical is or could be better for softer stools than Lactulose :thanx:

Movicol is definitely better. It also reduces stool size. I've tried both.

I recommend magnesium citrate. I am on morphine, and the magnesium citrate is the only thing that keeps me going.

500 to 800 mg per day spread out.
