Cured!!!!!

Postby life is messed » 12 Apr 2013, 12:30

Finally after suffering from an AF from 8 weeks, its been cured. I tried almost all cures before I found the magical recipe for AF :D . Here it is :-
http://www.patient.co.uk/forums/discuss/maybe-this-will-help-someone--20457
The pain subsided after a couple of days but bleeding went on for more than a week. Its been around two weeks now and I am all well. I would advise all the people out here to atleast give this recipe a shot. Do not comply and follow it exactly as prescribed.
Hope this helps.

Hi life is messed
Thank you for sharing!!, I'm already doing some of the steps mention in that post. He definitely has a point, I will include the vitamins and flaxseed oil. I already eat the prunes and vitamin E.
Love to read positive stories! :D

Hi,
My fissure is almost healed, so I do not use the creams anymore, although I have discovered Coconut Oil recently and that is incredibly soothing generally. Sometimes even now the area can feel sore on & off but no major pain etc.
I also take virtually all the vits mentioned other than the Vit E & Linseed Oil (but I do use ground Flaxseed in food and orally, a large tablespoon of Olive Oil every night)
Question is how to substitute the prunes? Can't stand them!!! Any thoughts on a good prune substitute???
Many thanks for posting this and great you have found your magical "cure" :)

If Prunes help, I take it that it's mainly from soluble fiber. Oats have a little, but if you wanted a non food source that's got lots, Psyllium Husk is pretty much made of it.

@ Ever the Optimist
Maybe you could try dried apricots instead of prunes or fresh plums ?
Best of luck, have just read this thread and going to the health shop to stock up, sounds very interesting and definitely worth a try
