Good for you. Still a long time when in pain but a lot better then July!
And as you say no point going private then the person has no proper experience of dealing withfissures.

I've noticed this same nonsense about doctors being unavailable, but then I make a fuss or get my referring provider to insist on an earlier exam, and they're magically available sooner than expected. Quite an opaque and frustrating system. One must never stop being an advocate for oneself in the medical world.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

We shouldn't have to make a fuss but in the UK it works like that too.

thanks all

I’m pretty much giving up I’m getting worse I’m burning from my belly button all the way down and out the exit. I only sleep an hour or 2 at night.

Not sure where I go from here.

Sorry to hear its that bad. I just hope this appointment you have gets you somewhere. They will surely see your distress and at the very least get some kind of pain relief for you.
