Crs said to clean out just my lower part with a enema before he sees me for first time next week. Do I just squirt a little tap water in there with plastic thing? I think I can see fissure with a mirror.also maybe a skin tag at end of fissure. I guess he just wants area to be as clean as I can get it so he can do a visual.im also worried that enema will hurt.any suggestions?please

enema wont hurt. Buy a "fleet" enema at the drug store, its pre-lubed, with instructions, lay on your side and hold the liquid in there as long as you can. It wont hurt but its kind of uncomfortable
