After months of pain and blood and many weeks with blood and pain at 3-4 day interval, I'm feeling better lately. Didn't have any pain or blood in the last two weeks and I'm going twice a day instead of once and I feel much better.
What did I do?
I simply said no to grains and eat mostly meat + veggies with an home-made buckwheat bread with peanut butter as a desert.
I hope it will continue to get better, but I finally see some light. I ditched the psyllium or ex-lax and all other shit prescribed by my doc and only use 100 mg. sodium docusate before bed.
